Australian Development Scholarships for Asia-Pacific Countries

Every year 1000 Australian Development Scholarships are awarded for 31 countries in the Asia pacific region.

Categories:

Public Sector: For this category applicants must be a public sector employee and he/she will be nominated by their governments through competitive exam/exams.

Open/equity: For this category applicants need not to be a public sector employee. One can be awarded scholarships under this category if his or her quality coincides with the terms of ADS.

Eligible countries:Bangladesh, Bhutan, Fiji, Cambodia, China, French Polynesia, Indonesia,Kenya, Kiribati, Laos, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Mongolia, Mozambique,Namibia, New Caledonia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa,Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Swaziland, Tanzania, Timor Leste,Tonga, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Wallis and Fortuna and Zambia.
