The School of Medicine is looking for talented medics and related health and social care professionals to undertake its Palliative Care MSc under a new scholarship scheme offered by the Samuel Sebba Trust. The scholarships will be awarded to UK-based students with an interest in conducting research into pain. Funding is available on a part-time basis over two years. The scheme complements King’s commitment to opening doors to excellence for gifted students who for financial reasons would otherwise be unable to undertake this level of study.
Two scholarships are available and will fund the programme’s tuition fees, travel,
accommodation and books. The Palliative Care MSc at King’s has an international reputation attracting students working in palliative care, and related fields, from all over the world. The programme is research and evidence based, with a multi-professional student body. The scholarships are generously supported by the Samuel Sebba Trust through Cicely Saunders International (CSI), the only charity dedicated to research, education and support in the field of palliative care.
